Pastor Larry Carter and Minister Annie Bell Carter

Before entering the ministry, Pastor Larry Carter worked as a Master Barber and for the Goodyear Tire Company in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  He retired from the company after 37 years in 2007, and has devoted his time since then to ministry. His wife, Minister Annie Bell Carter, worked for the Cumberland County school system and was a full-time housewife.  She became fully devoted to ministry when their last child went off to college.

Pastor Carter and Minister Carter joined the Household of Faith World Outreach Center in 1982 and worked faithfully in the ministry until they were exalted as pastors.   Pastor Carter received an Honorary Doctorate from Full Gospel Bible College and was ordained as a pastor in 1995.  Minister Carter studied at Full Gospel Bible College and was ordained as a pastor in 1992.

Minister Carter currently serves as administrative pastor and is proud to be the biggest supporter of her husband.  As Office Administrator, she oversees the Jireh Food Program (in partnership with Second Harvest), outreach ministries, new members classes, and children's programs.  She works faithfully beside Pastor Carter in sharing the unadulterated word of God and upholds his hands in every aspect of their ministry.

The Carters have been married 50 years.  They have three children and one grandchild.  They love each other, they love the church, and (most importantly) they love the Lord.
